Welcome to GhislaineMahler.com. This website is owned and operated by Ghislaine Mahler. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ghislaine Mahler and GhislaineMahler.com.
By visiting this website, purchasing a product, subscribing to communications, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You may not use it in a way that damages the website, interferes with another visitor’s use, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or violates any applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through this website.
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, and display settings.
The positioning or cropping of an image may vary slightly according to the size, shape, or format selected. Minor variations resulting from the printing and production process are normal and are not considered defects.
Product availability, sizes, materials, prices, and descriptions may be changed at any time without notice.
Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, an incorrect price or description, product unavailability, a payment problem, or another reasonable business concern.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, size, format, quantity, billing information, and delivery address.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout.
Payment is processed securely through an independent payment processor such as Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete credit or debit card number or security code.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processor to charge the total amount of your order.
Many of our art products are created on demand after an order is placed. Production and delivery estimates are provided as reasonable estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders may be produced and shipped by an independent fulfillment provider, including Printify and its printing partners. Books and certain other products may be shipped directly by Ghislaine Mahler.
If an order contains products fulfilled from different locations, the items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Separate packages do not result in additional shipping charges beyond those shown at checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
If we cannot ship within the time originally stated—or within 30 days when no shipping period was stated—we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email. Please allow reasonable time for tracking information to update.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly via our Contact page. We may ask you to confirm the delivery address and contact the shipping carrier or local post office while we investigate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, incorrect delivery information, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds because of a change of mind, an incorrect size or format selection, color differences caused by screen settings, or an error in the information supplied when placing the order.
Artwork and other made-to-order products are created specifically after an order is received. Books and other products are also sold on a final-sale basis.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from the item ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact page. Please include:
Your name and order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, packaging, or incorrect item
Once the problem has been verified, a replacement will be created and shipped at no additional cost. You will not ordinarily be required to return the damaged or defective item.
Minor differences inherent in the printing or production process are not considered defects. Damage that occurs after delivery and problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement.
If an appropriate replacement cannot be provided, we will offer the remedy required by applicable law.
Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation.
Made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed. Once production has begun, the order generally cannot be changed or cancelled. A request is not considered accepted until you receive confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order that cannot be produced or fulfilled.
